Kochi:   A case was filed in Kerala against Sudhir Chaudhary, the editor of Zee News, for giving a brief information regarding Jihad followed by fanatics.

This is an attack on the Freedom of Press. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti strongly opposes it. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti also demands that the Central Government should intervene and take legal action against those who are abusing the law and show support to the editor Sudhir Chaudhary in this matter.

When news are published under the label of 'Hindu Terrorism', no action is taken saying that Hindu dharma has been defamed. Hence the central government should intervene.

Also, appropriate instructions should be issued to all state governments in this regard and that all media outlets, intellectuals and patriots in India should also protest against it, appealed Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.
