MOSCOW: Life in Energodar, the home town of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, is getting back to normal as the plant’s current staff has enough skills to ensure its safe operation, Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev said on Rossiya-24 television.
"People are returning to the city. Children are returning to schools," he said. "Life is beginning to acquire a normal, measured, familiar pace. The current staff will ensure safe operation of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. We are making every effort to reduce any risks to zero.".
