MOSCOW: The upcoming conversation between the Russian and US presidents, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, was agreed upon in just a few days, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"[It took] just a few days," Peskov said when asked about the time required to arrange the upcoming contact. He stated that the preparation time, in general, "depends on the decisions of the heads of state."
"They may decide to hold a conversation quickly – sometimes it takes days, sometimes weeks. It varies, of course," the Kremlin spokesman clarified.
Peskov promised that the Kremlin would release a press service report following the conversation between Putin and Trump. "We will even organize a briefing, if necessary," he said.
