DUBAI: The US armed forces are launching strikes on Yemen’s capital of Sanaa controlled by the Houthi rebels from the Ansar Allah movement, the Al Masirah TV channel owned by the Houthis reported.

Strong blasts are heard in all parts of the city, according to Al Hadath and Sky News Arabia TV channels. The strikes target the rebels’ military facilities, including "secret weapons depots" in the west of the Yemeni capital, sources told Al Hadath.
